What We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:

Are generally available between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday
Professional cleaning experience is preferred, but character, work ethic, and teachability matter more to us.

Follow our cleaning checklist without missing the details
Read client notes and understand the needs of each home
Use our mobile scheduling and job software
Complete cleanings to Grace Home Cleaning standards
Communicate with the office whenever something isn't clear
Consistently deliver the kind of work that earns 5-star reviews
Take ownership of your work and help us achieve zero preventable re-cleans
We don't expect you to know everything on day one.
We do expect you to be willing to learn, ask questions, receive feedback, and continually get better.
Hours and Pay options:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Full time/Part time available
W2 or 1099 options provided:
$15-$18/hr + tips + mileage
What a Day Looks Like
You'll clean 2-3 homes per day with a partner, following our Grace Clean Checklist. No scrambling for supplies or dealing with unhappy customers - our office handles it.

Do I need experience?

Grace Home Cleaning is currently hiring full-time and part-time professional house cleaners to help us serve more families with the level of care we're known for.
Earn $15–$18/hour + tips, mileage & overtime opportunities

What matters most to us isn't just what's on your résumé. We're looking for people who are dependable, humble, diligent, teachable, and committed to doing excellent work—even when no one is watching.
Do I need my own car/supplies?
You’ll need reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes, but we provide the cleaning supplies! We also offer a mileage stipend to help cover your travel expenses between jobs.
How far will I travel? (Rockwall, Heath, Rowlett, Dallas, etc.)
Our service area includes Rockwall, Heath, Rowlett, Dallas, and surrounding areas. Your schedule may take you to different locations throughout the day, and we provide a mileage stipend to help with travel between jobs. We also do our best to schedule your jobs closer to home, although it is not always possible.
Do you background check?
Yes. For the safety and peace of mind of our clients and team, all team members are required to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
Is it 1099 or W-2?
We offer both W-2 and 1099 opportunities, depending on the role and arrangement. W-2 positions are a great fit if you’re looking for consistent, stable work provided by our team. Our 1099 opportunities come with greater independence and responsibility, including managing the requirements that come with being an independent contractor.
How do you pay your employees?
Pay depends on whether you join us as a W-2 employee or 1099 independent contractor. Compensation is based on the work completed, and we’ll clearly explain the pay structure, mileage stipend, and payment schedule before you get started.
